The case for change is what it is, and I understand it as well as anyone here. However the case for changing to this new team is quickly diminishing.
Whatever you think of the current management's performance, they cannot be held to blame for the mistakes made by those working to replace them. There was always going to be resistance and the burden to meet these challenges lies with those agitating for change alone.
