So what?
Then we all lose the lot, that’s what. This proves that this action is all based on spite and teaching management a lesson. What lesson? That they no longer have to put up with your nonsense and can dump all their shares? You clearly don’t care if the new management succeed or not which is why you have put up such weak candidates.
I have held on many times with other companies, ridden them all the way down, and then all the way back up again and beyond when management made successful strategic changes.
I’d much rather take my chances with the current BoD that actually know how to get new opportunities in the door!
