For starters I can’t announce anything because I’m just a shareholder.
Also the BoD aren’t going to announce anything until they have a signed piece of paper. You don’t get a weekly newsletter with every little thing they do.
I’ve also seen companies that are about to close a deal when 249D action begins, with disastrous results. The company (and their holders) go nowhere, whilst a competitor gets the project and has enormous success. Let’s hope that’s not us.
