My guess is that this has been brewing for 18+ months, but MFC probably had to wait for Mike to carry his can and work through the creditors.
A month ago, MFC lodged a meeting requisition but BSM found the application to be defective...a common stalling tactic.
So now its back on. A fight between the Treasure camp (MFC) and the Rosenstreich camp.
Over the next 3-4 weeks, we're going to be inundated with voting propaganda (as if we don't have enough of this BS at a Federal level!).
I honestly don't know how Mike can defend his years of costly mistakes, but by the same token, Tony Treasure's claims to adding equity shareholder wealth over the past 30+ years are very weak/non-existent.
A bit like the same choice we have at the Federal level really! Cr*p!
