Yes, Tony resigned from the board, but is still a consultant to MFC and is still MFC's board representative on Bass. The original investment in Bass was his idea (not Hills). He may even be behind the recent large buying through BBY. Who knows?

Maybe he resigned so that he could operate what is effectively a T/O without having to disclose his initial direct BSM holdings (if they exist) which he would have had to if he remained a director of MFC. Maybe he resigned so as to eventually extract MFC from this less than stellar investment which I believe Hill was not keen on in the first place. Once again....who knows?

I think he has everything to do with this coup as we will soon see in the documents being printed as we speak.
