Must be tense at board meetings if one director wants to remove two other directors. Andrew Tsang would be unable to vote so it would depend on who the other major shareholders, LAP, Jupiter Mines and HSBS Nominess support. He has been director and major shareholder for a long time but he hasnt really dont anything in the way of bringing in a JV partner which was i thought his intention was. He must have other ideas than the agreement with Sumitomo.
