will that "specific event" still occur once 3 months are up, as far as placing the shortfall? (not sure how it works)......as underwriters, they end up with another 12.5m shares. As the meeting isnt until the 26th i am assuming the window to escape the underwriting may be closed.........You could then assume that with another 12.5m, control could be even more assured, just, at what price?
