Evidence of current operational success in the field would be the best news. Time is running out for the current BoD. Too many operational failures to date and not much consequence for the exec directors Justin and Ryan (the Chairman has gone too easy on them) - we shareholders have borne the brunt of the operational failures to date (not to mention funding a tax liability!!). Time for a truly independent board in my opinion.
