I have patiently held a meaningful (>1%) portion of this company for the long term, but have had to watch my investment gradually lose value. I think it is time for a change, and having seen the credentials of the proposed directors, I am suitably impressed. Any new blood would surely be better than the old. My proxy votes are now in the mail ... I am voting for the resolutions!!
