Normally I disagree with the twitter chatter you post on twitter, but i gotta agree there. After all, it's a forum and it's purpose is to bring in discussion.

If 6.2% of shareholders want it to change, where is the information on the new nominee? Nobody is going to vote for old mate without knowing his history, the hive will pick through the data available and draw our pros and cons. If the benefits of a new person outweigh the negatives of getting rid of someone intimate with the company then you'll pull more votes for and less against.
