Hi oznt It is important to mention that share holder engagement has become a main concern for long term holders. The fundamentals appear to be sound and should be further supported by the expected Reserve upgrade in early December. Corporate governance or lack of it is now a major concern and growing voice of urgency to have this resolved.

From the discussion group arranged by Oznt it was realised that a very qualified investor was with in those ranks. The question remains is Mike over qualified and why the resistance from management. Looks like Mike could pick the eye ball out of this company going from vast auditing experience.

As Global Head of Minerals Resources Mike Elliott our proposed Independent director appears highly qualified.


Looking forward to an overhaul in the corporate governance structure and possible addition of Mike Elliott as an independent director. Management have no doubt made a great discovery in Lindi how ever the lack of corporate governance needs to be addressed ASAP.
