Hopefully the noble 6.2% of shareholders realise they have the power to make the company to release a 1000 word statement to all shareholders discussing their views on the proposed resolutions: http://www5.austlii.edu.au/au/legis/cth/num_act/ca2001172/s249p.html

Section 249P of the Corporations Act 2001 sets out a very simple process for obliging the company to distribute its message to all shareholders.

It has to be 1000 words of less, in writing, signed by the members with 5%+ and given to the company. Too easy.

This might be a useful way to purposefully reply to the comments by the Board in today's announcement.
