How is corporate governance improved by going from 3 executives and one independent to 2 executives and one independent?You might save on directors fees, although Mr Fixit from the Northern Territory and his Group did not challenge the Remuneration report at the AGM so they must be happy with it.
Just hope AM and AC stick around or the company will be up ship creek.
