Ann: Section 249D Notice, page-7

i am not a top 40 holder but I have been proudly accummulating in this company for over three years. Over that time I have met many other small shareholders and many friends have invested what small amounts they can afford. Together the network we have can make a difference when it comes to voting. And it was our small vote that made the difference in the AGM. I am disappointed that this board has shown such contempt for their shareholders. There is news in the 249D that should have been laid out in other announcements before now. May only need 5% to sign off on the 294D but dont be surprised if the real numbers behind it are much bigger. WKT shareholders have backed our management with their wallets, but we want those wallets to grow. We are passionate and have a strong beleif in this company. We are behind you Management Team but a good company needs governance and communication.
