Well lets see....... there's the $1mil Gupta spotted in July, then there's their costs they're entitled to recover plus perhaps compensation.
Havilah has no cash or liquid assets, just debt of around $6 to $7 mil at least.
How do you see the way forward ? Seems like a question none of you are prepared to answer.
You all seem unaware of the financial situation !!!!
The company is insolvent now.
