-HAV financial year runs from 1 Aug to 31 July (has done for years)
-3rd quarter in the quarterly is Feb-April. That $1 mill was to keep exclusivity. (don't know the details of whether that may or may not need repaying. Not privy to details of agreement)
-Cash on hand at the end of the financial year was $3.820mil
-Debt was $2.5mil
-Net Cash position = $1.320mil
-Yes there is also the ATO dept that is being paid in instalments.
