Looks like the notice was rejected because there is already a motion for the same thing at the AGM so an EGM will not be necessary? At least it is out there in the public space now.
Surely after a decade of underachievement the chairman cannot escapade this one, who on earth would vote to keep him in? You failed, move along now!
