No point searching ASIC they don't have to be notified. Interesting that the request has to be by members with at least 5% of votes. There is only one shareholder holding more than 5% and I don't think it would be him so for this notice to be compliant it would need to be lodged by a number of other holders. Perhaps that is why it is not valid - didn't get 5%.
