This is a very sound move.
Through inaction and lack of respect for their long standing shareholder base the EGL Board has created a vacuum which the shareholders are correctly filling.
Access2020 solvency is not a concern following the recent capital raising and the Company is now robustly within its banking covenants.
It is very hard to contemplate on what grounds the EGL Board of Directors and in particular the Richardsons would not support this resolution. After all the profits of the Company are to be shared equitably amongst all shareholders not retained for a select few.
