Further to that would you prefer someone with drive, previous business skills and is out to prove themselves or prefer the current board doing nothing and drawing salaries. You can have the best CV in the world but without drive to succeed it is merely words on paper. This is a positive for the company and if you people cant see that then you are the one blinded. He may not be a BHP exec but he is better than we currently have and has point to prove and I hope it proves all of you wrong.
