I have never met him but just from what I know (that is publicly available) over the last 18 months (since my first exposure to him) I can be very confident in saying he is extremely successful as an investor and made more in that time than a lot on these threads are going to in their lifetime which is not a dog at anyone but rather praise to his abilities.

I would say he can see the potential for value creation here that I would say a lot of us can see and frankly the current team needs to be moved on so we can start to work to extracting that company value

Sounds like Rebecca has her son and his mates working overtime here. End of the day, they’ve delivered nothing. Peter Proksa owns 5% of the company and has it’s best interest at heart. For 8 years this mob have done nothing just a family run lifestyle company. If you don’t want change and to lose your investment then vote no. Simple as that.
