Im curious where the vote will end up, I think anyone who genuinely wants this company to succeed (or more importantly make money on their investment) will vote in favour, those in the inner sanctum that have been feeding at the trough for years doing nothing will be aiming to stop it. I also think Peter Proska will be checking here and will want to know his numbers.
