Fundamentally nothing has changed about the company. Best case scenario this is just a great buying opportunity. The danger here is that corporate governance can get really ugly and some nasty disputes folllowed by a lawsuit here and there can really derail a company. Till now Lucas and Brendan have taken the company to new heights each year, so I will place my bets on them. This is definitely a bad look, I will just sit tight and evaluate after full details of what will proceed is released.
