Well these astute business people might be smelling a big pay day coming IDA way and be looking to pick people off and gain control of that pay day, I have seen it before company with alot of cash that is to be dispersed, people want to gain control so they can issue themselves shares prior.
If these astute guys have legitimate reason for this action they need to speak up quickly and make it known, otherwise have to assume they are upto no good, either working on behalf of foreign entity ala AVZ or working for their own financial benefit at the cost of share holders.
