    Given that the motion is for a dismissal only, with no replacement director nominated, it's clearly not about gaining control.

    Bear in mind, whilst it only takes 5% to get a 249D up, it still has to go to a vote of all shareholders

    I'd just relax and let the larger shareholders decide...
