Given the new Directors have only been appointed for a week it will be interesting for any of the old Board to find fault with them as they have not announced or proposed any changes yet. Surely any new Board should be given time to demonstrate their capabilities especially as they have been appointed as a result of a democratic and very public process. Words such as frivillous and vexatious spring to mind.
