Clever i don't think so. This is pretty dumb. They achieved nothing at EOR. Who are these guys Troy and Robert. They have no track record at all . Pixley has been with this deal all the way and this announcement shows the deal will settle shortly. Only some administrative issues left . Lets leave it with Pixley and co as they have the experience and relationships to get his done.

I doubt Troy and co have the support of the major shareholders so this exercise by Troy is just wasting our scarce shareholders funds with a costly shareholders meeting . It will achieve nothing.

Lets stop trying to be "clever" and leave it to the guys who know what they are doing and are already in the seat
