One very important thing for all BHD holders to be aware of:

The Ramcap EGM has been announced for 12 June 2019.
The Shareholders' EGM has been announced for 13 June 2019 - the very next day.

This week BHD shareholders will receive proxy forms for both EGM's. I strongly urge all BHD shareholders to pay careful attention to your proxy forms and make sure that you know which one is which.

It is important to note that both proxy forms seek to remove the current directors of BHD. The difference between the two forms is that the Ramcap proxy form seeks to install the opportunistic Ramcap representatives as directors, while the Shareholders proxy form seeks to install the team that is fighting for what's fair for all of us as directors. I believe it's in the best interest of BHD shareholders for Gary Miller, Michael Glennon and Sulieman Ravell to be the new directors of BHD.

Once I have a copy of both proxy forms I will post a copy of them both to make it easier for everyone to tell them apart.
