Interesting new development:

Section 249HA of the Corproations Act states "at least 28 days notice must be given of ameeting of a company's members."

Section 249J of the Corporations Act states that "A notice of meeting sent by post is taken to be given 3days after it is posted."

With the Ramcap EGM scheduled for 12 June, counting back 28 days to allow for 249HA, then counting back another 3 days to allow for 249J - I would expect all envelopes containing the Ramcap meeting notices to be postmarked no later than 12 May 2019 (a Sunday). However if that were the case, I sure that BHD shareholders would have started receiving the Ramcap notices by now.

Has anybody actually received their Ramcap notices and proxy forms yet?
Has the Ramcap EGM just fallen flat on its face due to a breach of the Corporations Act?
Do the Ramcap vultures now have grounds to pursue action against the current BHD directors?
Will ASIC have anything to say about this?
