    And the cycle of 249F continues. What makes these guys think anything has changed apart from shareholder apathy? Whats their plan - same as last time? What other friendly holdings do that have supporting them now?

    YOW managements response - agm date set - trying to combine and save shareholders costs and push out 249 as far as possible ?
