Interesting that since ESS completed its 51% interest to CRR as per its announcement on 5th January , its SP is up some 280% ....including the 20% today at the time I prepared this post.

So that's roughly a reflection of an additional $80 million added to its Market Cap.

Now its not all that hard to work out that including their $750,000 up front 50% cash payment for their Mavis Lake divestment PLUS their 34 million shares at say 11.5 cents is ONLY worth $3,910,000.

So if their Mavis Lake deal as reflected by their increased market cap is worth $80 odd million less $4.66 million plus another potential 50% of $4.5 million , in my view if they hang onto their shares that would imply a Mavis Lake project value of around around $150 million give or take......

And of course I could be wrong , but I certainly don't reckon their Pioneer Dome Li project would be worth anywhere near this much more from where their Market Cap was on the 5th January.

Perhaps there is more to the relationship with ESS and that some other opportunity for further cooperation with its Pilbara tenements via 1MC and its JV with Sayona.

Who knows , but It is getting very exciting just contemplating all the potential possibilities given the present scramble for tenements in this current Lithium Industry environment.
