How is it UNDERCOVER when it is 100% openly available knowledge to any investor interested in the stock.
I'm not 'spinning' this in any way or fashion. Yes, your listed shares have been diluted by some 1.2% (or rather increasing the listed MC from $127.8M to $129.4M). However, as I noted before, there is still a huge amount of performance options available (some 50M vs the 2.4M exercised here). Only the minimum amount were exercised, which is admirable.
They were there before, see this 3B from July last year, and they are there now. So, if this conversion concerns you:
a) you have not done your due diligence in researching this company, and
b) you should not be invested in this stock or any other with performance options (which eliminates 80%+ of small caps on the ASX).
Please stop trying to stir this Ann - no more replies from me; next will be the use of the ignore button.
