Vert,not only has no progress been made at mt mull,but as far as im concerned,we have gone backwards.the fact is that 2 years ago we were TOLD that we had an agreement to access 500 mill tonnes of black coal under the mesa,subject to winning the calcifer case,which we all expected to win or we wouldnt have been holding,and when we won we signed an ilua that DOES NOT entitle us to access 5oo mill tonnes of coal under the mesa.That is the beef that i have,and i think i am entitled to feel extremely let down.Vert, I dont know how you can honestly get on hc and say your happy with that.....I dont think to many other shareholders would be.
