I believe IK needs to acheieve a 20 cents SP by June 2014 if I recall correctly if he wants his 8% increase?
He has 4 KIP based bonuses of 40k each during 2013 so I assume lots of progress is expected during 2013.

Nothing guaranteed in this business but the ALDP/S7/ Exergen funding to start the demo plant for our BM JV project/LV tenements in the heart of the action sure can make MNM rally hard if things progress well
