I read it...all the answers are there. If there was ANYTHING positive in it for MUS,(apart from not having to draw all four tranches)I missed it. All the options are with the noteholder.
ONEROUS is how I would describe the terms. If that is truly the best our board could come up with then I wont be trusting them with my capital,Shame,there was a lot to like about MUS,but I found where the aforementioned aroma is coming from.The top.
