    This notice is given by the Company under section 708A(
    5)(e) of the Corporations Act in relation to the issue
    of 1,237,668 ordinary shares per an announcement made by the Company to the ASX dated 1 August 2013.
    These shares have been issued as consultancy fees
    in lieu of services performed and
    have been issued under the Company’s 15% capacity.
