With a market cap of just $14.1m, no one is going to bother trying to get this stock lower to 'get in'. No one wants in, which is why it's trading at this price. I'm surprised it's not a >.01c company to be honest, but hey, the market can be irrational for long periods of time.
Also, before you jump on the shorters conspiracy theory, this is so tiny and thinly traded there is basically no borrow available it at all anyway. Just have a look at shortman.com.au.
This is just a piece of turd for a company. Simple as that.
