Alto buy them at a 15% discount to the 20 day VWAP, when the ZCS expire. So, essentially 15% could be considered a freebie, typical of a raise anyhow. Adcel had a scrip component, worked out well for EN1, not so good for the sellers. Unsure of the previous acquisitions think they were pre-IPO, MyDiveo or whatever it was. Wouldn't be surprised to see another acquisition with a scrip component.
