Teddles is too smart for that it’s secured against shares in EN1 he keeps the money, company gets shares in itself which it can’t own - then the “ independent “ director shits himselfwhen he realises what he’s signed off on ?
Best way to get the money back is call an EGM - you boys need to get 5% vote to call it then demand repayment or resignation, put in an independent board and shares might rocket ?
