As I understood the Chairman kept with his fellow board members the costs for the company considerable down when it was in a most critical phase of existence and worked his a.... off with excessive weekly hours! The earnings shortcomings were thought to be possibly compensated by cashing in. on option issued at that time based on the low Sp at that time! It was approved by the shareholders at that time! Let’s be happy where the company stands now! Wink99
