Ann: Section 708A Cleansing Notice and Appendix 3B, page-3

Sorry to appear naive ( done a lot with Res property but not a lot actively with Shares )

"No selling on the 3B " - what does this mean ?
Also Re: today's announcement the issue of 165,150984 of 2.5 c issued to investors how would this apply to me ?

I have 208,000 shares bought at 8 c and was about to take a cap loss after nearly 2 years until some news last week. and get more KRC .
