Hi everyone,
You’ll also see we announced the issue of 5 million new ordinary shares this morning, as former director Mr Brian Leedman exercised the share options he held at the exercise price of 6 cents. Mr Leedman served as Non-Executive Director of Alcidion from 28 July 2016 and 31 July 2017 after the ASX-listing of Alcidion via the reverse takeover of Naracoota resources. These share options were granted to Mr Leedman on 29 November 2016. The issue of the new shares increases the total number of shares outstanding to 810,671,138. Mr Leedman still has 5 million options outstanding with an exercise price of 8 cents, which expire 30 June 2020. The are no other Alcidion share options currently outstanding.
