They're placements issued at market price. I can tell you I much prefer this arrangement then the rubbish raising at discount you see in many other companies in pbt's situation. Sp ran hard and will naturally take a breather. I don't see these placements as a hindrance to the sp. it's almost as good as it gets in terms of capital raising options.
