I called BKT office in Perth out of curiosity. However, told no one was available to take my call at the time. But....a little bit odd that everyone was too busy to talk today!? Maybe busy finalising the finance deal? I didn't leave my number because I was happy to know management are busy doing some work.
Reading the document briefly again; It looks like a legal proceeding to meet some rules of ASX.
