Well they have two years to purchase a business.
If it does not happen they get delisted from the ASX.
You would hope then that they would sell their SYR holding (which has diminished in value significantly since they got suspended) and pay out the proceeds and other cash to shareholders.
Asset backing when suspended was around 17 cents per share, maybe 12 cents now since SYR tanked.
Problem is there is no market to sell into so we have to just cross our fingers and hope we don't get screwed.
