    The way I see it that ResApp CEO is very prudent, risk averse and calculating in exercising the options. Definitely a risk management in place. These are exact traits required to run a Digital technology companies in healthcare space; not a brash break fast and learn fast kind of CEO.

    Well, these are my views based on my Behavioral economic thesis. I could be wrong.
