I must be in the minority of SH,s that don't consider the BoD have handled the Companies finances. If the BoD "most likely knew there would be a lot of cream" and it was going to facilitate a successful CR in difficult times to raise funds ( stated at the EGM ) will this matter in the end ? This is a diamond exploration company not the local CWA branch raising funds for the knitting team................Thank you for pointing this out, I am sure no one else considered it.......
