Heres a thought. Next time they ask us to vote to ratify an issue of shares to give them the capacity to issue a further 15% without shareholders approval. You could vote NO. By voting yes or not voting at all you give them the right to issue more in a 12 month period. They assign non voter votes to the proxy which is generally in favour of the resolution.

So it comes down to if you are happy with a cap raise or not and if you are happy for more of the same. Hopefully they don,t need to again but if they do and you don't like the way they do it you have the power to vote no at ratifying the issue for the 15%rule.
