    Think it would have to be somebody unconnected to either AVB or OZL. You wouldn't think they would be stupid enough to not do things properly but $15m is rather a lot. Given the controversy over the BoD I wonder if ASIC would be interested in asking for evidence of source of funds and that AVB had received the cleared funds before issuing the shares.
