Really decided I’ll steer very clear of any DGR model... 1) Pay high salaries 2) Look after mates 3) Reward with great bonuses- Low targets means easy achieved. 4) Skimp on mine costs- machinery and staff- they take too much from own salary. 5) Change focus of exploration to coincide with what’s hot at that moment... Aus Nickel, Cobalt Fix, AusTin, Critical Minerals... 6) Continually blame other factors... rain, machinery breakdown, drought, etc, and take no ownership for own fu....ups! 7) Reward selves with overseas junkets- because you can. 8) Mention KPIs & continually flog the amazing assets at ANW’s disposal- someone will be impressed!
Sold out as I could only see more pain- assets good/ but too much money goes into management and not enough into the works department!
